I’m Kaushal Naresh Narkhede, a multidisciplinary Visual Designer and Creative Strategist with over 6 years of hands-on experience across branding, UI design, social media, motion graphics, video content, and Webflow development.

My journey into design didn’t start in a classroom alone — it started with curiosity, experimentation, and the urge to build things that people genuinely connect with. Over the years, that curiosity turned into a career where I’ve designed brands, digital experiences, and content systems that don’t just look good, but work.

What sets me apart is my ability to see design beyond visuals. I’ve worked as a freelancer, led creative strategy as a Marketing Head, built and sold my own café brand, and founded a creative agency. Each phase taught me something valuable — how design influences perception, how storytelling builds trust, and how good visuals can directly impact business outcomes.

I’ve had the opportunity to work across industries such as food & beverage, fitness, wellness, fashion, and education, handling everything from logo design, packaging, and merchandise to social media systems, motion reels, websites, and UI layouts. I enjoy creating clean, consistent, and memorable visual identities that carry a strong narrative and purpose.

I believe great design sits at the intersection of clarity, emotion, and strategy. Whether I’m designing a brand from scratch or refining an existing digital presence, I focus on understanding the intent first — the audience, the problem, and the message — before jumping into execution.

Today, I’m focused on growing within a collaborative, high-impact environment, where I can contribute my creative thinking, execution skills, and ownership mindset while continuing to learn and evolve. I value thoughtful design, honest communication, and teams that care about quality as much as speed.

Outside of work, I come from a background in competitive sports — cricket, athletics, and MMA — which has shaped my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure. Those lessons quietly influence how I work every day: with focus, consistency, and a drive to improve.
