Hey I founded and built a Fast-food brand known for its supreme taste, creative menu concepts and engaging social media presence. I handled pretty much everything from Marketing and Branding to being the Head Chef deducing recipes and in the later phases also built SOPs.
Context
The BRB Café was my entrepreneurial venture – a fast-food café I founded in October 2021. The vision was simple: Build a café experience that blended great food with strong storytelling and design. Within 16 months, The BRB Café became a local favourite, achieved high recall value, and was profitably sold.
Problem
Create a new food brand in a competitive local market dominated by established players.
Build brand identity and digital presence from scratch with minimal funding.
Increase footfall organically through creative design and storytelling instead of paid ads.
Tools & Visual Direction
When conceptualizing the brand, I wanted the name “BRB” to be more than a trendy abbreviation but it needed a story.

Added quirky quotes and iconography inside the café to make it “Instagrammable.”
Key Learnings
Building BRB Café taught me that branding goes beyond design – it’s about emotion, experience, and trust.
